Farhana Khan

Physiotherapist

PT

Farhana is a Registered Physiotherapist with a special interest in outpatient orthopedics, and pelvic health. She has experience working with a variety of patients including children, athletes, and older adults and always strives to provide high quality, individualized, client-centered care.  Farhana is eager to expand her current body of knowledge by continuing to take specialized training in pelvic health and further musculoskeletal courses.


Outside of the clinic, Farhana enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband and son

Priya Subramanyam

Physiotherapist

Priya Subramanyam is a registered Physiotherapist.  She completed her bachelors of Physiotherapy at Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University, India. She has been in the field of

physiotherapy for over 10 years. After coming to Canada, she worked as PTA in long term care clinics over 5 years and has experience in treating patients of all ages. She believes in an individualized physical exercise program, which combines stretching and strengthening can balance our everyday lives.  She likes to improve skills through the process of continuous learning and training to update herself and to utilize her skills to improve patient functionality.


In her spare time, she likes spending time with family and listening to music.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic. With many years of experience her passion is still to provide clients with a safe and effective treatment plan with the goal of helping clients to obtain an improved level of comfort and decrease their pain. Depending on the client’s condition Elizabeth will use a variety of treatments to facilitate healing and wellness. Massage therapy is an excellent form of preventative health care. Massage therapy helps with many different conditions including headaches, back and neck pain, stress management, and much more. Elizabeth is happy to accept new clients or answer any of your questions about Massage therapy.

Faith Beaton

Patient Experience Coordinator

Faith is an Executive Office Administration graduate with a history of managing schedules and providing one-on-one assistance in a variety of roles.What she likes most about working at the front desk is that it allows for a combination of her passions in helping others, organization, and creativity.


When not working, she loves stories, whether writing them herself or getting drawn into books, TV series/movies, or games.

Alice Tratt

Patient Experience Coordinator

Alice is one of the front desk administrators who are here to help you in your healthcare journey. She comes with lots of experience working in various roles in hotels and office management at other wellness clinics. Alice is a mother to 2 beautiful boys and you can often find her cheering them on at the ball diamond, in the arena or side of the pool. Along with growing her own food vertically in her backyard, she loves camping with her family and in the winter months cross-country skiing.

Annika Schoeman

Physiotherapy Assistant

Annika is one of the Physiotherapy Assistants at the clinic. At present, she is completing her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science at Ontario Tech University. At the clinic, Annika assists the physiotherapists by teaching exercises to patients, provides various treatment modalities, and helps to keep the clinic in order. She is meticulous with her exercise prescription.


In her free time, Annika enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and camping.
